More birthdays

Over the weekend Luke and Lana had their 4th birthday! It was a fun weekend spent with my parents, my sister and her family. Luke and Lana seemed to have a good birthday, yet I wonder how it must be for them to always share a birthday with another. I guess being a twin has its pros and cons. Luke got his first bike (with training wheels). I think he loves the "idea" of riding a bike, yet he doesn't quite have the patience to actually learn how to ride it yet. Pedal forward not backwards! Lana got lots of girly stuff for her birthday - from us a ballerina bed spread. I can still remember when I first found out I was having twins. Matt and I were getting our first ultrasound. We both just couldn't believe it for a long time! It is pretty amazing feeling two human beings in your stomach. Lana though was very still in my womb and Luke was very active. Kind of reflects their personalities today. Happy Birthday my sweet little ones!
