Yes, my oldest daughter hit the double digit mark last week! She was so excited to finally turn 10! What a fun age!!
Asha is truly beautiful, inside and out—caring toward others, organized, hard-working, fun, diligent, responsible, hug-able, and nurturing (just to name a few)!
We had fun celebrating her 10th birthday. Here is what we did:

Can't have breakfast with out the "special" plate on your birthday! A family tradition!

After breakfast she was ready to open her birthday presents. Asha has a growing collection of American Girl Dolls. She really wanted the Hawaiian doll named Kanani. Grandma & Grandpa Hudson and Opa Kemmerer helped to get this for Asha! Thanks to all of them.... she loves her beautiful doll!!

Asha had the honor of hosting her special Oregon cousins during her birthday. Together we went on a Value Village scavenger hunt. They broke into two teams and had to find different items (that we had written out for them) around the store. They did some shopping too. You've got to love the treasures you can find at Value Village!!!

Then (there's more), we came home and gave the girls make-overs. Auntie Kristol was the hair specialist. Cousin Aubrey was the make-up specialist; I (Colette) was the nail specialist.

Check out those pretty red nails on that sweet girl!

Auntie Kristol straightening Asha's long hair! Quite a job!

When the make-overs were over we took these beauty queens out to dinner at Asha's favorite restaurant: The Spaghetti Factory!

BFF (best friends forever)

Happy Birthday to Asha!!!!
