Summer Memories

This morning I was able to volunteer in Asha's class for a few hours. While there I got to help out with a project they were going to hang in their hall. It was called their "summer memories". They had to write out a few special memories of their summer and then draw a picture of themselves. I love Asha's self portrait with her BIG eyes and bright pink lipstick. So funny! Her special memories of her summer were, "Swimming at the Green Lake Wading Pool. Sometimes I got icecream. My Grandma and Grandpa got me icecream too."
