Life On A Treadmill
For my birthday this year my dear husband bought me a treadmill. No, it wasn't his way of hinting that I needed to loose some weight. I really wanted one, and we had been looking around for a good deal for some time. He was actually very hesitate about getting me one, because as many people, I have gotten different exercise equipment in the past and they end up unused and neglected. This time I was able to convince him that I would actually use it. By the way, you have my permission to hold me accountable! So, this morning was my first time using it. I must say I'm really enjoying life on the treadmill (even if it is only the first day). No more bus or garbage truck smoke causing me to gag when I'm outside walking (that's what happens when you live in the city), I can do it anytime of the day (even when it is dark outside), I can pump my arms as hard as I want and not feel like people are staring wondering if I've lost my mind, and I get really sweaty and feel like I've actually had a workout! Yes! The only down side is that I have to stare at the plan cement basement wall. Not very exciting. Thankfully I can listen to music to liven things up a bit. Maybe I could even hang a picture in front of me for scenery. So, life on a treadmill is pretty good! I highly recommend it! Thanks Matt!

That's a great present. I've been thinking of getting one, too. To save on gas and $ spent at the gym plus the convenience of walking whenever I want. The only problem is space.
Welcome back!
