If you know me, you know that I'm pretty big on taking naps or rests (for me and my kids). The other day I was listening to some news show, and they were talking with this celebrity (sorry couldn't tell you his name - don't keep up on celebrities very well). He was asked what the secret to his health was, and he said his secret was to nap everyday. He said he finds a place to lay down flat, and then folds his arms across his chest to get comfortable. Though I don't fold my arms across my chest, I do enjoy my nap routine. I usually lay down on my couch, cover myself up with a cozy blanket, and close my eyes for about 20 minutes. I don't normally fall asleep, but that rest sure does help get me through the day! Today Luke said this comment to me, "Mom, you need to go take your nap you are kind of grumpy." Boy, that was true! A nap can do wonders for your soul!
News Flash: Jeffrey is officially walking all over the house! He can't be stopped now! He surely is a busy little boy!
