For the 4th of July we took the kids to the Edmonds parade (which we enjoyed last year too). The weather was a bit cooler this year, but we still had a really good time! My favorite is always the marching bands - I love hearing all the different instruments! The kids would probably say their favorite part was the candy (who every started the tradition of handing out candy at parades anyway?).
We got front row seats! 
Thanks to all the men and women that fought for our freedom! Yeah! 
The boys loved this old fashion fire truck. 
When we got home they enjoyed playing fireman with the hats they got from the parade. This picture cracks me up! Luke decided to tape a piece of toilet paper to their mouth to be their fire masks. How creative is that?
