Today we celebrated the start of Summer by going strawberry picking. This was actually my first strawberry picking experience in the Seattle area, and it was well worth the 40 minute drive to Marysville. The strawberries weren't at their best due to the cold weather Seattle has been having, but the experience was worth it. The kids were so helpful too...we filled the entire box in a short time (which surprised me...I didn't think they would be as interested in picking). Check out these strawberries!!
